Mr. Moore has over 30 years of experience in general civil practice including over 18 years of experience in personal injury and insurance defense in areas involving general liability, property & casualty, personal and commercial lines, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, first party claims, bad faith claims, and deceptive trade practices, working with a wide variety of coverages, insurers, third party administrators, and self-insured clients. Mr. Moore is not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Litigation or Personal injury.
Mr. Moore has also been certified as an Attorney Mediator since 1994.
Subsequent to receiving his undergraduate degree and prior to attending law school, Mr. Moore served in the United States Army. He and his wife patty were married in 1970 and have lived in the Katy, Texas area since 1977, where they are active in St. Peters United Methodist Church. Tom was born in Texas City, Texas on November 19, 1946.

Jefferson County, Texas – Wrongful death of the driver of a 1998 Ford F-250 pickup involved in a rollover accident.
Harris County, Texas – Closed head and multiple internal injuries sustained by two riders on a motorcycle that collided with the client’s van. Suit in the Probate Court due to pending guardianship on the motorcycle operator.
Harris County, Texas – Crush injuries to a worker’s leg when he was run over by a backhoe at a construction site.
Harris County, Texas – Underinsured motorist/bad faith claim arising out of a head-on collision between the insured and an underinsured motorist with a history of blacking out while driving.
Galveston County, Texas – Wrongful death/dram shop case in which insured client, convicted of intoxicated manslaughter, rear-ended the deceased.
