Mr. Murray practices in the Business Section with an emphasis in the area of real estate and mortgage lending including the purchase and sale of both developed and undeveloped properties, interim and permanent financing, land development and condominium, townhouse, shopping center, hotel, and office building development, leasing and management. Mr. Murray also has experience involving foreclosure proceedings, loan participations, loan workout transactions, bankruptcy/workout negotiations, asset management, real estate asset and note purchases/sales involving Southwest Plan Shops, FADA, RTC and FDIC.

From 1981 through 1986, he served as Adjunct Professor, Real Estate Law, at Southern Methodist University. Mr. Murray was born in Amherst, Texas in 1947
