Mr. Notinger's practice includes commercial and corporate litigation, employment litigation and property tax litigation. He has represented and counseled a wide variety of litigation clients including large corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, investor groups and individuals.

Mr. Notinger's commercial and corporate litigation experience includes the handling of contract, partnership, creditor/debtor, business torts, deceptive trade practices, construction, real estate, computer software and other types of commercial and corporate litigation. His employment litigation experience includes the handling of discrimination, sexual harassment, severance, stock option, commission, unemployment benefits, termination, trade secret, non-competition and other types of employment related disputes. In the property tax area, he has handled commercial, residential, inventory, agricultural use, exemption, delinquency and other types of property tax matters.

Mr. Notinger has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas.
