Mr. Scheinberg’s practice focuses on the representation of secured creditors such as automobile finance companies and national banking associations in bankruptcy litigation and in state court matters throughout the entire State of Texas. Additionally he assists clients in general commercial litigation matters.
He has spoken at numerous seminars on bankruptcy law and commercial litigation throughout the Country and has hosted talk radio programs on legal matters.
With over fifteen years in practice, Mr. Scheinberg well understands the issues involved in the representation of secured creditors. He believes in working closely with his clients and is easily available at all times to his clients via both phone and email.
