Mr. Simmons practices primarily in the fields of estate planning, trusts, and probate law and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. While at Loyola Law School, Mr. Simmons received the American Jurisprudence Award in the course on Trusts and the Loyola Certificate of Merit in the course on Successions. In 1984, Mr. Simmons attended the University of San Diego Law School's summer program in Paris, France, where he completed courses on International Taxation and International Antitrust.
Mr. Simmons was born in Metairie, Louisiana, on February 2, 1958.
