Mr. Avery's practice currently includes representation and defense of professionals including architects, engineers, legal and accounting professionals. He also handles litigation and arbitration of commercial and industrial construction disputes representing interests of architects/engineers and contractors; and litigation involving toxic tort, and related environmental matters against remediation contractors and testing firms."
He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
While in law school, Mr. Avery was also a member of the Ohio State Law Review.
