Mr. Brittain practices exclusively in the areas of estate planning and probate law with emphasis on federal wealth transfer tax and related income tax planning. Mr. Brittain was born in Houston, Texas, October 5, 1943, and has lived in Dallas, Texas, since 1973. He is married with three adult children. Mr. Brittain serves on various charitable and civic boards and is a frequent lecturer on estate planning topics. He has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer annually since 2003 and was named by Goldline Research as one of the Most Dependable™ Lawyers (Trusts & Estates) of Texas.
