Sally J. Bybee's practice is devoted exclusively to the practice of Family and Matrimonial Law, including divorce, annulment, marital property rights and liabilities, property division, premarital and marital property agreements, alimony, protective orders, rights and duties in the parent-child relationship, conservatorship of children, possession of children, child support, modification of child-related orders, enforcement, wage withholding, termination of the parent-child relationship, adoption and paternity.
Sally Bybee joined the Dallas office of Glast, Phillips & Murray in December 1997. Prior to joining Glast, Phillips & Murray, she practiced in the Honor Program of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., in the litigation sections of two national law firms, and in a local family law boutique.
With more than twenty years in practice, Ms. Bybee understands the issues involved in each case. She has the unique ability to handle both complex property questions and sensitive child-related concerns. Ms. Bybee prepares her cases thoroughly, is responsive to clients needs, and treats clients with the respect they deserve. She also enjoys an active collaborative law practice, during which the parties and their counsel use their best efforts to resolve disputes on an agreed basis, without resorting to judicial intervention.
Ms. Bybee maintains a close relationship with her clients, and most new cases are referred by her existing client base. She works with her clients, in setting goals and creating strategy to meet those goals. She has worked on virtually all size cases, from simple uncontested divorces to trials involving complex property and custody issues.
