Mr. Carson possesses diverse practice experience representing business entities, financial institutions, and individuals involving real and personal property including, without limitation, oil and gas interests (domestic onshore/offshore and foreign), pipeline and gas storage facilities, real estate (commercial and farm/ranch), and related equipment and improvements. His experience includes, without limitation (i) asset acquisitions and sales, (ii) construction, management, and operation of buildings, equipment, facilities, and improvements, (iii) development, management and operation of oil and gas properties, pipelines, and storage facilities, (iv) due diligence evaluations and curative documents, including environmental surveys, title insurance policies, and title opinions, (v)formation and operation of business entities, (vi) leasing real and personal property, and (vii) project financing, secured financing and workouts.
