Mr. Davis practices in the Trial Section with an emphasis on handling commercial, insurance, construction, corporate, securities, contract, environmental, real estate, and consumer-related matters. He has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. While a student at Texas Tech University Law School, Mr. Davis was Articles Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review and a member of Order of the Coif, Board of Barristers, and Delta Theta Phi.
He was born in Burderop Park, Wiltshire, England in 1954.
