Mr. Dilts has represented clients through all phases of real estate transactions including acquisition, disposition, development, foreclosures, interim and permanent financing, leasing, landlord's rights, loan workout transactions, management, and mortgage lending for numerous types of commercial properties including apartment complexes, office buildings, hotels, condominiums, townhouses, and retail shopping centers. He is also experienced in tax credit, HUD-insured multifamily and low-income housing programs. Mr. Dilts has also assisted clients in the formation of corporations, joint ventures, general partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies. Furthermore, he is a frequent author/presenter of articles relating to the apartment industry.

During law school, Mr. Dilts was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and served as Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review. Mr. Dilts was born in Gary, Indiana on November 15, 1945.
