Mr. Fielder practices in the area of professional malpractice defense, commercial litigation, construction litigation, deceptive trade practice, insurance defense, as well as environmental and toxic tort matters.
Mr. Fielder provides defense services for professionals alleged to have committed professional errors and omissions. Services are provided on behalf of attorneys, architects, insurance agents, accountants, surveyors, and environmental consultants. Mr. Fielder provides services through both professional liability insurance carriers and through direct retention by the professionals.
Services also include comprehensive representation of employers and human resources professionals in employment practices liability matters.
Representation of owners, general contractors, design professionals, equipment suppliers, and subcontractors in real estate and construction disputes.
Mr. Fielder is licensed to practice before the State Courts of Texas, United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
