The Intellectual Property Group at Glast, Phillips & Murray practices in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation and procurement. Our attorneys prepare patent infringement and validity opinions and "right to use" opinions. Messrs. Thomas, Shaw and Horwitz are registered to practice before the United States Patent Office. Our attorneys are members of the state bars of Texas, Colorado, New York and Washington. They are admitted to practice before many of the United States District Courts in Texas, Illinois and New Mexico, the United States Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
