BRADFORD K. BURDETTE

Brad Burdette is a probate and fiduciary litigator who handles trust and estate litigation and guardianship disputes. Brad has an extensive background in business and insurance litigation, which provides a unique skill set that benefits his clients in probate and trust disputes. Brad represents individuals who need help enforcing their rights, whether against an executor or trustee who has acted improperly and breached fiduciary duties, or in efforts to protect a family member through a guardianship proceeding.

Obtained a take nothing judgment for individual and equity investment company in hospital development dispute involving alleged breach of fiduciary duties

Obtained six-figure award of 100% of actual damages sought by client in arbitration involving accounting issues
