SAM GLAST
Mr. Glast practices in business law with an emphasis on the representation of international investors, sports law, and real estate development and investment. He was appointed by Mayor Steve Bartlett to the World Cup 1994 Strike Force Committee. He was a counsel for the World Cup Dallas, the Southwest Athletic Conference, and individual professional golfers. He has also been an active contributor to continuing legal education in Texas.
In law school, Mr. Glast was a member of the Order of the Coif and Phi Delta Phi. He received the Outstanding Teaching Quizmaster Award from The University of Texas School of Law in 1967 and 1968.

- REPRESENTATIVE ENGAGEMENTS
Quorum Development: Represented large Canadian real estate developer in acquisition of land and planning of mixed use of development which involved office, hotel, multi-family and retail.
Student Housing: Represented foreign investor in acquiring title to Dobie Dormitory at the University of Texas in Austin, the largest private student dormitory in the United States, out of bankruptcy proceeding. This representation led to the representation of a full service student housing company doing business throughout the United States.
Las Colinas Workout: Represented consortium of eleven insurance companies in regard to workout of Las Colinas project.
World Cup Dallas: Acted as counsel for World Cup Dallas in negotiating International Broadcast contract for Fair Park, worked with City of Dallas concerning all legal issues and coordination between World Cup Dallas Committee and representatives of City of Dallas at Fair Park.
Retail Office and Multi-family Project: Represented major United States and foreign investors in significant retail, office and multi-family projects throughout the United States.
