ROBERT N LOUGHRAN

Robert Loughran is an associate with the firm and practices primarily in the area of complex litigation, including securities, fraud, and bankruptcy. Experienced in both state and federal court, Robert has successfully represented corporations, individuals, and partnerships, during all stages of litigation, including trial.

Often, clients want to know what skill separates their attorney from others. For Robert, the answer is communication; not just oral and written advocacy in the courtroom and in filings, but also communicating with the client from consultation to trial, and all stages of litigation in-between. As a former teacher, Robert prides himself on being able to communicate complex issues efficiently and effectively to clients and the courts alike.

Driven by an understanding that litigation is traditionally stressful and a distraction for the businesses and clients he represents, Robert works to minimize those disruptions with a calm and measured style balanced with aggressive advocacy for his clients.

Outside of the law, Robert enjoys a wide range of interests including, hiking with his Belgium Malinois, watching Maverick’s basketball or Steelers’ Football, reading detective novels, enjoying movies with his wife, daughter and two pugs, and, of course, the cliche lawyer hobby of golf.
