LARRY D. SALMON

Mr. Salmon focuses on a broad range of real estate matters. He has represented a broad range of clients such as sellers and purchasers of unimproved land, shopping centers, multi-family apartments, farm and ranch property, office buildings and other commercial and industrial properties. He has also represented borrowers, lenders, and other financial institutions in connection with real estate financing such as workouts, loan restructuring, and foreclosures.

He has also represented owners and contractors in commercial and residential construction, including construction contracts, architect contracts, construction management agreements, and mechanic’s liens. He has represented landlords and tenants in office, retail, restaurant, and industrial lease transactions including ground leases. He has represented developers of commercial and residential development projects. He has also advised clients in connection with deal structuring including entity selection and formation, and has significant experience in the formation, liquidation, dissolution of general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, and corporations.

Mr. Salmon has been Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1985.
