MARK V. MURRAY
Mr. Murray practices in the area of real estate and mortgage lending including the purchase and sale of both developed and undeveloped properties, interim and permanent financing, land development and condominium, townhouse, shopping center, hotel, and office building development, leasing and management. He also has experience involving foreclosure proceedings, loan participations, loan workout transactions, bankruptcy/workout negotiations, asset management, real estate asset and note purchases/sales involving Southwest Plan Shops, FADA, RTC and FDIC.
During law school at the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Murray was a member of Phi Delta Phi, Phi Kappa Phi, and the Texas Law Review. He was also a recipient of the 1973 Scholastic Honor Award. In 1981-1986, he served as Adjunct Professor teaching Real Estate Law at Southern Methodist University.
