JAMES S. ROBERTSON, III
Mr. Robertson primarily represents lenders, businesses, and individuals in commercial litigation matters, foreclosures and real estate, and other business transactions. He also has experience in lawsuits involving alcoholic beverage regulation, bankruptcy, collection matters, landlord-tenant disputes, divorce and child custody, oil and gas issues, fair debt collection practices claims, deceptive trade practices and fraud, will contests, shareholder disputes, civil rights violations and deed easement disputes.
Mr. Robertson worked as a petroleum landsman in southeast Texas before attending law school. During law school, he served as the Student Works and Research Editor of the Southwestern Law Journal and on the moot court board.
