JOSEPH D. ZOPOLSKY

Mr. Zopolsky represents clients in civil litigation and business-related matters in Texas and across the country.

Mr. Zopolsky’s areas of concentration include business law, banking and financial institutions, commercial litigation, construction defects, labor and employment, environmental, healthcare, insurance defense, intellectual property, mediation, personal injury, probate, professional liability, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, trucking and transportation litigation, as well as outside general counsel.
